Permanent Contracts

This type of contract is often used when an employer needs to fill a role on a long-term basis or when they need someone with specific skills or experience that cannot be easily replaced by another employee. Casual contracts usually have details such as salary per hour/day/week etc specified in them but may also include additional benefits such as health insurance from the employer depending on how often they work.
